About

Dr. Richa Mor is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at NIILM University, Kaithal. She holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and M.Sc. in Biotechnology & Molecular Biology from CCSHAU, Hisar. With over nine years of post Ph. D. teaching experience and qualifications in CSIR-NET and ASRB-NET, she brings both academic depth and practical insight to her role. Her research interests lie in Molecular Biology, Microbial Technology and Nanotechnology. 

Professional Activities

Participated as an Organizing Secretery in the One Day National Seminar on “Frontiers of Science & Technology For Sustainable Future: Bridging Research, Innovation and Societal Horizons,” held on February 28, 2026, at NIILM University, Kaithal.

Panelist in the panel discussion on “Publication Misconduct” held on March 28, 2025, as part of a One-Week Faculty Development Program (Hybrid Mode) titled “Research and Publication Ethics: Issues, Challenges & Solutions,” conducted from March 25 to March 31, 2025, and organized by the Centre for Professional Development (CPD) and the Department of Library and Information Science, NIILM University, Kaithal.
